Man! Lunch was a disaster. Do you see what I did for lunch? I mean I eat 4 hot dogs and two Sara Lee Deli Buns? I might as well yelled, "Come on carbohydraters!" I can say there is a big omission on the package to justify things. In green and white format because it's PC, Sara Lee notes there are 210 calories, 3g total fat, 6g of sugar and not a word about 39grams of carbohydrate. What do you thin they are trying to dot us. Nonetheless, it's my responsibility to look and read it all including the back where they have to tell us by law. No body says they'll throw you in diabetes jail if you don't take better care of yourself, at least not yet. Anyway, enough politics. I want to get back on track.

I got a place here. So, what am I doing about it? I'll try to limit myself to a salad dinner tonight and try to do better tomorrow. The key word is try. The better quality the try is the better chance I'll succeed. I know this from many other successful endevors I have accomplished. And although I have my misgivings, because it's Father's Day tomorrow, I'm cooking and plannig my meals...GRRRRREAT! There is hope, always hope.
