UGH!
I have been under my calories every day, and exercised every day, and yet I weigh more! Hopefully this is some folly of beginning and it will soon change!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You deff have to eat at least your calorie amount and exercise to lose the weight.. your body is in defense mode when you do that by not eating enough... eat atleast the amount of recomended calories.. this should help.
