Hi all... I am back... After much sickness (mine and mom's) and struggle, I put on a crazy amount of weight. So, it's time to shed them kilos! My mom used to support me in all my dieting before she got sick. She cooked my meals accordingly and pampered me silly. Now, I am going to have to pull up my socks and do this on my own. I miss my mom, it has been only a week since she left this world. However, I still remember all the motivation she gave me the first time I lost 20 kilos. I'll never forget that smile she had as she saw me change into being more confident about my appearance. I am going to hold on to that and do this. Hope I follow through. Learning to cook proper meals is also on my agenda. Let's do this!
