Alrighty about four years ago I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Doc didn't want to put me on meds since I was overweight. She asked me to lose 10 pounds then go back to see her. I never had, and instead gained 13 pounds. I have often started a diet, or starting exercising but haven't stuck to anything.....so now as of May 1, 2011 I am trying. I am just basically trying to stay around 1400 calories and work out. So far so good, although there have only been two weigh ins....but all this keeping track and exercising is really tiresome. I use the app but l like feel like this consumes my whole day.
