So I started again this week. An my weight loss this week will keep me on track. Want reach 110 by april the change goal to 100 to be reached by Dec.
254.9 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
