I only weigh once a week. I started last Friday, May 13, 2011. So my 1st weigh in on Thurs. May 19th I lost 7 pounds. I'm happy with that. I need to keep going & working hard
214.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
