It has been a year since I was strictly regulating my calories....I am back up hovering around 150. I was down to 138 at the beginning of the summer, but it didn't stick. I would like to get back down around 140, and hold steady for quite a while so I don't get discouraged trying to lose more too fast. I don't want to bounce back up again.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
