Was up to 133 lbs just a mont ago. Had lost a few lbs prior to this program but seemed to keep putting it back on. I hop this program gives me enough challenge & incentive to eat healthier, exercise & begin a new healthy thinking lifestyle. I'm in hopes that this will also help with some physical issues I have.

127.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
