I weigh in today, I hope it is a weight loss and not a gain. Last week I gained, so I am hoping its a loss this week. I have been good, although this weekend I totally forgot about my points. I started off great Saturday morning and Sunday morning and I just cheated in the afternoon and evening. Its hard when you go to a party of family gathering cause they don't have anything healthy or even moderately healthy. Anyways I'm still running so I hope it is going to benefit me. I look and feel great, just this mental thing about reaching a goal weight.
