and the scales are moving down again. I am not even feeling like I a mhungry or starving throughout this. I think this time it is "the real deal" I have a different attitude about it and I a mexcited and motivated. This site has really helped with this. I even wrote a note to them about a diet that I saw that I thought was very inappropriate (encouraged anorexia) and they removed it!! I am very impressed. I love the challenges...I love the support...I love the buddies I am making that understand I deal with. I am even approaching that lovely monthly time which makes me crave every thing sweet, salty, full of fat foods. I am eating 5-6 times a day. 3 meals, 2-3 snacks sticking with healthy choices than quick fixes and that is making all the difference. We even have 3 1/2 gallon ice cream tubs in our fridge that I have not even be tempted by...I would say that is a victory in itself.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
