Starting atkins again... I've learned that my body simply hates carbs and sugar. As soon as I eat anything processed, aka anything from a box, my stomach gets bloated and my skin breaks out. None of it goes away until I stop eating it. Maybe it's a gluten allergy? I've been tested and the test came back negative, but it sure does make me feel crappy when I eat it, lol! So I'm doing atkins to clear it out of my system, then slowly build back up to see what I can and can't handle.
