So, I plan on starting this Dukan Diet, it looks interesting, and like something I could follow. I'm waiting till Sunday, May 15th to start it though, as right now I'm working on getting better from pulling muscles in my ribs, and while I start this diet, I found a site with videos on how to do Tae Bo, so I'm going to work and hopefully do that as well. Once Sunday comes, I will try to get into the habit of recording my daily meals, and exercises.
