I happened on this site looking for caloric content in foods for my Dad. Thought I would give it a try and see if it will help me reach my health goals this year. Looking to be nutritionally complete, fit and feeling better. I want to stop the junky food I've been consuming via Christmas parties, tins of cookies, etc....Ugh.
