208.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

kool, start with the activities you enjoy most!!!!!! To get in shape and healthy requires ACTIVITY, after all that's all a WORKOUT is at the end of the day!
