i completely eschewed healthy eating and exercise over the holidays and the weekend. i have no regrets! i ate a lot of amazing food and spent some relaxing time with family. that being said, i'm excited to get back into it. today's plan is to eat healthy and happy, get a good workout in, and take a nice relaxing bath and shower afterwards to pamper myself.

do you guys have any new years resolutions? mine are to continue working towards a healthier lifestyle, get organized and STAY organized, try to switch to mostly eco-friendly products(especially cosmetics) by the end of the year, and finish school/get licensed/find a good salon to work at, as well as live on my own. i wanna hear yours!
