Everything I wrote a little over a year ago is exactly the same today. I am 139 pounds, but a few weeks ago I was 134-135. I actually feel good at that weight. So tomorrow, I am going back to my weight watchers, but I have to go to lunch with a friend, and I will have to make the right choices. I don't want to wait until after new years to lose weight. Also, in general, I just feel bloated. It was the bar-mitzvah and the holidays that gave me the excuse to eat and eat poorly as well. I always justify those behaviors by saying that it is temporary and how lucky I am to have things to celebrate and people to celebrate with, but it is just too much.
