ate a bit too much last night. just to probably my tdee, I think. still have no idea what that is. but I feel like I should hover around 2300 if Im not active, which I wasnt. but I am sick so maybe my body needed the cals to fight it. also, breakfast was too small. I think I need bigger meals and smaller snacks. I got too many snacks from trader joes and they are tempting. anywhoo, its not that bad and Im not freaking out at all.
