Christmas has lasted three days. I know I have gained weight. But back to the grind. Starting tomorrow I will exercise really hard for the next two months and the rest of my life. I'm beginning to dislike big celebrations. I am going to try to re figure what I will eat on these celebrations so there is no more rich calorie, fat, and carbs.

I have learned one thing outside of exercise is part of the key to losing weight, and that is protein has to be three times the fat you eat to balance out the fat and protein. Half of my plate is fat and protein and the other half is carbs.

I lost down to 418lbs. before Christmas holidays, I figure now that I probably gained it all (426 lbs.) back. I need to lose down to 409 to get the stomach surgery done.
