Why now? Watching my kids get older, it hits me. I want to be around a long time. I want to see their grandchildren being born. If I want to do that, then I have got to get my chunky butt into gear and get healthier for them and me. So easy to type, but infinitely harder to try. So I try. Day 1, then it will be day 2, and hopefully another day after that.
