well, the holidays are mostly over for another year. Now if I can just get through New Year's lol. I may not have lost any weight yet, but my blood sugar is back down to 123 for the first time in over 3 months! YAY!! If I can just stick to my diet over New Year's and keep from smoking (I just quit in Oct.), I'll be in good shape.
