so happy finally dropped a pound to 183 my lowest weight ever on this diet; was getting tired of going nowhere on a back to normal 2000 calorie diet so decided to eat 1100 calories yesterday and cut back on the meat protein; believe the animal protein, and back to normal calories held back my weight loss. finally dropped a pound from 184 to 183 my lowest weight ever recorded yet. also increased my exercise program started walking one mile every hour while at work and do this for 8 hours(8 miles of walking) and started walking up the stairway from the 2nd floor to the 9th floor 7 flights of stairs 7 times per night(49 flights of stairs per night while at work)

i think the 49 stories that i walk (up only) per night has helped start the new weight drop to 183. calculated each story is 12 steps (588 steps up the stairs) i take the elevator back down so dont walk down the stairs.

also increased my walking after finishing my route i walk continously do not sit down all night(8 hrs).

if they told me that i would have to do this much work just to drop one pound and also to do it all night on an empty stomach and having eaten only 1100 calories i would say what has motivated me now i've never wanted to drop weight the way that i want to do it now don't know why though?

also decided to eat vegetarian only beans/corn rice with no fat/ fruits, vegetables cut out the eggs, all meat

despite have a 2600 caloric deficit only dropped one pound yesterday after eating only 1100 calories walking 8 miles for 8 hours, and walking up 49 stories per day.

calculated the steps wrong its acutally 24 steps per story the total number of steps up stairs is 1176 per night.
