Still losing focus because of the holiday season (okay, so I got to blame it on something, right) Truth be known, is I have no self discipline, it is so hard to do that when you have been stuck doing the same old habit for years, heck, that is what got me into this big fat shape that I have now. Some how I got to get my mind set to moving, moving and moving, (TV STAY OFF, PLEASE!)
290.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 145.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
