Less of a gain than I expected after spending four days sitting on the couch sick and only minimal walking of the dog. Hopefully will be able to workout more this weekend and get a loss for next week. Will get past the plateau sometime.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
