Weird. Leg was killing, but jogged on it for a sec (after walking the warehouse in course of work ) and it loosened up. I dont know. Just damn glad. hope it holds.
4.25 miles of run/walk/pushups. 156 pushups.442 calories burned according to my ENDOMONDO app. on my phone. Know whats awesome about exercise? I can kick most of one of todays meals right in the ass!
