12-14-14 Had a great day out riding around with my hubby. We stopped for lunch and loaded up our plates on veggies first. I had lots of cooked spinach and fresh grape tomatoes and lettuce with just a taste of ranch dressing. The cucumbers were so good, I wish I'd just filled my plate with them. The fish was excellent, and so was the sauteed green beans. I had only a few clams simmered in broth. I was almost too full to eat a few bites of barbq ribs. I got 2 bites each of honeydew and cantaloupe. I really did good. If it wasn't a veggie or fruit, I barely sampled it. Proud of myself.
258.4 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

12-15-14 I've decided to discuss how our eating out so much is sabotaging our health. Mine more than his...I know a lot of our eating out is because he likes to help make my life easier. I'll do more cooking, in foods we can eat on our diabetic diet. I hope to stay on less than 2000 calories until I lose down to 200lbs. Do you suppose that will work? I'll keep my results posted.
