Today I joined a weight loss challenge at the gym. For every lb you lose they give you $3. Given that I am very financially motivated it is going to help tremendously to keep me on track. Weigh in is every two weeks. I am really looking forward to earning some $$$ :)

My weight at the gym today was 197.

Today was actually my first day back to the gym in a LONG time. I'm addicted to BodyStep and I went right to class this morning. I sucessfully completed 35 minutes and burned 320 calories. That was a great first step.
