Good morning FS!
Well, no smoothie for me this morning, so it will be dinner instead.
Today marked the start of our daily treats at work..UGH! The 'snack room' is the room next to my desk, but I've been strong this morning. I am hearing people go in repeatedly already. I've just filled up my bottle of water with lemon, and will only visit the room if there are fresh veggies.
I pinched my sciatic nerve this weekend, but still think I can manage some kick boxing tonight, along with yoga.
