It has been a stressful month so far in December, but I finally kicked aside all the tough college work! So now I only have to focus on my current High School assignments. Thank god, the ACT and SATs are over. My friend literally told me she stayed up a few nights because of studying all night before (poor study habits are casual around here rofls) .
Well, I'm not ashamed of gaining 5lbs since October. In fact, I think I needed the extra body weight for winter kinda, it hurts the fact in fitting into my jeans, but I feel more warm.
I've been suffering iron deficiency for years; it has become the reason why my body bruises easily, turns cold easily, and almost made me anemic. I still carry low blood pressure as a part of my everyday life, but I have fainted because of it.
Just a little piece of my life story, the difficult time will pass.

Hey hey! I think you're doing great to get a handle on it now rather than when it's too late. I'm a junior in college, and stress/eating/exams still affect my weight loss (but now gain). I wish I had been more proactive when I was in high school.

Yeah :) I had a little up and down with weight-loss and such.
Its kind of funny, I didn't know what the word "diet" was until I was midway into my age of 15 (Now I'm on my way into college). It was painful in the beginning when you realize, but it gets easier. This weight-loss/gain journey is difficult, but its worthwhile of many life knowledge for a better future health.

I think it's sad that now today's children will always be concerned with looks, and health so early on in life. But either way, you're awesome for being proactive. You're welcome. :D
