went skiing over the weekend, and found it difficult to eat only what i had brought up with me. nutella and cream cheese waffles with strawberries and whipped cream appeared out of nowhere on the plate in front of me, a party followed with free beer, and so on. still managed to lose a little more. i'm not losing as fast as i'd like, but i'm losing, and that's not a bad thing. 85 degrees F here in LA, and a beautiful day. played tennis with a friend, and just weighted in at 183.5lbs... fewer than 30 to go for my final target... wishing you all a beautiful week, surrounded by those you love! calin
