I don't know why getting to this 90 lb mark is so hard...
I think part of it is I have stopped caring. I mean I have still been working out. Because it makes me feel good and less anxious. But the food thing is where I haven't been keeping things in line. Granted I keep going up or down the same 5-10 lbs for the most part.. But how to motivate myself to not sabatoge myself once I get close to 90lbs lost. I don't know. I keep doing it. I get about 4-3 lbs away and I give in to all temptations, even when I acknowledge I am not hungry and I do not need tasty bad food. I have awesome rewards in line for myself for 90lbs --calling to get a hair appt I desperately want and need to feel pretty and get some Madmen Joany Red hair and some yay me feathers. And for a 100lbs I am going to treat myself to some rollerskates. I can do this. I was doing so well so why this heals dug in stance? Anyone been here before? Any suggestions?
258.8 lb Lost so far: 80.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Maybe you should go ahead and get the hair cut. That way when you look in the mirror, you will feel pretty, confident, and totally worth it! Maybe that will put you into a new mind set to reach that 90lb goal. I for one, think that is totally awesome that you have lost that much!! I am sorta struggling too but seeing others that have lost that much, makes me believe that I can do it too! Good luck girl and have a great week :)
