This weigh in is based on weight from last night (12/1/2014). I feel I'm headed in the right direction, and have worked hard to achieve this weight. I intend to continue to work hard.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
