I'm the same weight I was when I weighed in 20 days ago and it's my fault for sure. I havent been sticking to my diet plan strictly and slacked off on exercise. I'm back on track now, I just fell of the wagon for a minute. Going to South Beach in 6 weeks so I really need to get focused! I feel great after I exercise, I wish I could just remember that feeling when I talk myself out of exercising!

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 April 2011:

Haha we all fall off...just get back on it. Sometimes a break helps also. Heck it has taken me a year to get off the 40 pounds I gained while pregnant and then the extra 15 I had to lose on top of that!! You are doing great!!
