Morning weigh in was at 79KG. Felt totally unmotivated, lethargic and tired. Might be the combination of not enough sleep and under nutrition. Slept a little later than usual although at 6 hours. Might not have ate sufficiently as well. Ate a little low on carbs last night. Gonna have to do a do over of today. Next Wednesday onwards, just prepare preworkout nutrients just in case.
