It has been about two weeks since I have been able to weigh in with a number that is less then the one before. This is because I was on my period so everything shot up!! No good. But for the first time in my life I was able to really see that my period does make a difference. But I am seeing numbers that I had not seen in a very long time. Definitely progress and I am pretty happy.
