Been putting on muscle with strength training alongside the cardio workouts, so I may never get down to the goal.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

Yes you will. Muscle cells burn energy more than other cells (fat doesn't at all) because muscle cells have more mitochondria, the powerhouses of the cells.
