Feeling the need to stretch consistently due to some soreness, but nothing to deter exercise and diet habits - also have been keeping up the habit of drinking a gallon of water throughout each day for the past three days
187.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
