I haven't followed up on this particular site. I have started a few different apps on my phone to keep myself on track, but very quickly I stray from health being priority 1 to school, or looking for what I want to do for a career, or making time to spend time with family at home. I'm eating better than before; no fried foods, no soda (except for a fresca now and then), little to no sugar, few carbs (when I pay attention)... but I can't find time to do any cardio or weight lifting.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
