So far my cleanse is working to motivate me. I realize this is likely all water loss, but I've been back to exercising daily and eating good food. Made home made sushi yesturday for dinner and had lots of veggies and salad for lunch.
235.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
