I started out this week (Monday) good and then was sadden by the passing of a good friend and coworker. The ending of this month has also brought some stressful situations making this week just stressful.

Well........I got out and walked 3.040 miles today. I feel much, much better.
173.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
