I am finally making progress and of all things, the trick was to add food! I have been trying to eat a pound of green veggies each day. I eat a huge salad and a package of the microwave steamer type frozen veggies. It's working. I think it is changing my tastes away from carbs and making me feel too full to snack. Wish me luck in persisting!
