Well, my South Beach Diet book finally came in the mail. I planned to start my diet last monday (the 11th), but the book never came. So tonight I am planing my phase one meals for the whole week and shopping for them tomorrow. I figure i can do my shopping all at once...less trips to the grocery store means less chances to buy crappy foods. Tuesday is the day!! And I cant wait!!
