Starting to feel a little better. Its been a long time. My trainer has been working me out wondrously. Has me sore everywhere except where i am injured. So go him for that! Don't get me wrong it's still floating at a 6 or 7, but I hope this will result in a lowering of that, and a lengthening of my life. Completely changed my diet, workouts, and ways of eating and times of eating. Mentally I feel great about this.
