bumming cause my walk run was short today. might go do a late one when wifey gets home. I know, how about a little wii fit?? here we go! I sometimes forget we have that silly little game!

okay...that was a blast! I am officially going to do that MORE! Its one of those things that I have that I forget about. What a blast...plus I cooked off some calories! radiochick, what do you do on wii fit the most? I was digging the aerobics...I busted a mean ol' sweat!

I love the rhythm boxing! It's my favorite. And I do the regular strength exercises too. And the yoga. It's all fun!

Yes, the rhythmic boxing is my fave as well, as well as the running.
