The wife made Crustless Chicken Quiche for dinner. It was so good that I ate 2 pieces... after dinner, I checked the calorie count.... should have checked first - 498 calories per serving! My mistake, but it was sooo good!!
204.4 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
