Felt good overall today. I went over on my cal.intake. Can't say that I ate junk but I had 2 bowls of cereal at two cups each bowl. NOT a good idea and I knew even as I poured the second bowl that I shouldn't be but I did it anyway. So tomorrow I do better. :) I had my first PT session today for my knees. Went great! Wonderful PT. Likes my goals for weight loss and thinks they're def. attainable. What's the word out there on protein powders? I'm going to give it a shot...as a meal replacer once a day...NOT to buils muscle mass...at least not yet. Just wondering what everyones' thoughts were. Thanks.
Met my exercise goal again:) I've switched it up a bit...I'm doing 2 15. min. eliptical sessions with a 4 resistance as opposed to 3 10 min. ones. My knees hurt a bit but that's why there's ALEVE right?
