Here we go again! Just got back from Jamaica and am restarting for a couple of reasons: 1) I was not too happy how I looked in my suitsuit and dresses, 2) we realized we want to be able to save as much mola as we can to take a nice relaxing vaca every year...cutting out our habit of eating out with help that, 3) my acid reflux has started to get really bad. SO - I've made some "anniversary resolutions" - our 1 year was on 10/5/2014.
So how did I do today? -Had no pop, only waiter and a coffee in the morning. -no late night snacking -had to take no tums!! -brought a salad to work for lunch, packed with lots of "acid reflux friendly" veges -Cooked a healthy chicken stew for dinner, did "okay" on portions -no alcohol -got to work by 8:05 (that's one of my other goals, get to bed at a decent time so I can get to work on time more).
