Can you say "PORK RINDS!!!!" I can definatly do this now! I found something to replace my chips and salsa!! Spicy pork rinds!!

They have become a wonderful replacement for my chips that I already miss a ton!

Brie cheese does not have any carbs so I melt a wedge in the micro then dip the port rinds in it. It's pretty tasty. I used to pig out on this every night and now I haven't lost any weight in a week and I wonder if the cheese is actually putting me at too many calories for the day and affecting my weight loss. It's just so great to be eating but not eating carbs! Not losing in the last week is definitely depressing...especially when I have followed the Atkins pretty well I thought.
