Ok, always start my day out pretty healthy, and then it seems to go downhill after that. When I get home from spinning Im usally staraving! I have plenty of healthy stuff to choose from, but always start grazing on anything and everything! Gotta get that under control! Im starting my 6 bottles of water challenge and going to try to lose 10lbs in 10 weeks, thats very reasonalbe, lets see if I can do this once and for all!!
