Finally!! I am finally below 140 pounds! I haven't been below 140 since December 2013. I will try my best to stay below 140 by doing better on eating better foods for the calories I eat and exersizing more.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
