Have not used the FlatBelly food journal for the past 12 days, nor have I weighed and measured my portions. I just winged it, and also was served some oversized portions that I just did not divide, but ate the whole thing! So I did not lose as quickly as when I'm being scrupulous and weighing and measuring food portions properly.
